I have taken a subscription for the KidloLand+ package, but the contents are still locked.

Kindly follow the below steps in to unlock your web subscription:

1. Open the app
2. Tap on the Setting icon on the top right corner
3. Click on the 'Login' button
4. Enter your registered email ID and press OK
5. Your purchases will be restored.
